MARIMOLIN. GM2023. The piece is "Bluefire Crown III", by the amazing Les Thimmig. This was recorded on Gunther Schuller's label, with Herr Schuller himself producing from the booth. Marimolin (Nancy Zeltsman, marimba, Sharan Leventhal, violin) play along with the composer of the piece on bass clarinet, and myself on oboe.
